Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (GPC) is seeking an in-store team member to serve as the primary contact for customers in a busy NAPA retail environment. You will provide automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through knowledge, responsiveness, and engaging service.

You will operate POS and catalog systems, assist with inventory, and help ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
