Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an in-store Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems familiarity, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers. Part-time or full-time positions are available this role supports DIY customers with services like battery installation and wiper changes.

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
