Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales/service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

It offers part-time or full-time options and emphasizes customer service and safety. The role includes providing battery installation and wiper services, maintaining inventory standards, and delivering parts as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and manage inventory processes.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment, and use parts lookup tools.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; build relationships with customers and team.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Hit personal and store sales targets.
• Perform DIY services (battery/test, wiper installation).
• Maintain inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock).
• Keep store clean and organized; stock shelves and back stock as needed.
• Safely deliver parts when required and operate POS and lookup systems.
