Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source from various channels.

It can be part time or full time, with safety certification preferred. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer experiences, hit personal sales targets, and perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper changes while maintaining store

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain accurate store inventory and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
