Qualifications

• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends.
• Know-how to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and manuals.
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts.
• Knowledge of basic automotive systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and assist store in meeting sales targets.
• Deliver DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory processes including cycle counts, stock checks, and back stock.
• Keep store clean and organized; handle general stocking and safety.
