Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Able to operate store systems
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
