Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Ability to assist customers with DIY services and product selection.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards, including stocking and cycle counts.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Support store cleanliness and presentation, including floors and bathrooms.
