O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Farmington, NM to support store leadership in sales, service, appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the team in customer service programs, processing orders and transfers, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and adherence to policies. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge helpful
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsabilités

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and ensure programs are followed.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently with correct ledgers.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately, and stage merchandise appropriately.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and adhere to posted schedules; manage opening/closing duties.
