Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and ability to work with customers.
• Able to lift tires and batteries weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctual schedule.
• Ability to learn automotive parts identification.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a 30‑day trial period.
• English required; Spanish bilingual a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when they enter the store
• Answer customer questions and provide support to meet needs
• Assist with ringing and completing the sale
• Work with the team on housekeeping and other duties
• Identify when customer interaction requires management
• Follow loss prevention and cash handling procedures
