You’ll learn promotions, warranties, and events while ensuring a clean, organized store and yard. The role supports a positive customer experience and operational smoothness.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in customer-facing roles, comfort with computers and kiosks, and strong communication. Weekend and overtime availability is needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.).
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needs.
• Help customers find parts using digital tools.
• Process cash and card transactions quickly and accurately.
• Receive and process car titles and paperwork.
• Share promotions, warranties, and events with customers.
• Keep the store and yard clean and organized.
