Job summary

Pick-n-Pull Auto and Truck Dismantlers is seeking a proactive Autos Cashier to join our retail sales team. You will engage customers, promote sales, and uphold safety, quality, and cash-handling procedures in a fast-paced auto parts environment.

The role offers opportunities to progress through Parts Specialist and Retail Sales Lead as you build product knowledge and performance. Weekend and peak-day coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude for customer-facing roles.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and engage to determine their needs.
• Promote sales and service following the Pick-n-Pull 5 Step Sales Model.
• Adhere to safety requirements and wear PPE as required.
• Follow cash-handling, loss prevention, and QA guidelines.
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
