Job summary

Pull-A-Part in Denver is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them to parts, and process transactions with a focus on a positive shopping experience. You’ll work in a busy yard and store environment, helping customers locate parts and answer questions using digital tools.

The role requires 1+ year in a customer-facing job, comfort with computers and kiosks, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.
