Job summary

Pull-A-Part, LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them to parts yards, and complete transactions. You’ll help customers find parts, answer questions, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Daily duties include processing payments, handling car titles, and sharing promotions while maintaining a clean store and yard. The role favors strong communication, reliability, and willingness to work weekends and outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.).
• Confident using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.
