iPull-uPull Auto Parts in Fresno, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find auto parts and process sales. You will greet customers and assist with questions, contributing to a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires reliability and a willingness to learn parts identification, with potential for overtime and career growth. Compensation starts at $17 per hour with benefits and room for increases.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with friendly attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to learn auto parts identification.
• Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to get dirty sometimes.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Bilingual Spanish desired.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a 30-day trial.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when they enter the store.
• Answer customer questions and provide support to meet needs.
• Assist with ringing and completing the sale at the store.
• Work as a team towards housekeeping and other duties per task list.
• Identify when customer interaction requires management assistance.
• Follow loss prevention and proper cash handling procedures.
