O'Reilly Auto Parts in Hawaii is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the Manager's absence, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members to deliver excellent customer service, supervise service levels, and ensure accurate processing of orders, returns, and invoicing. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, etc.).
• Answer the phone per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process refunds accurately and ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits.
