Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selections.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Perform daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves and cleaning tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training and comply with requirements.
• Assist with in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes) when allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed for business.
