O’Reilly Auto Parts in Hawaii seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager’s absence and lead the team in servicing customers.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. The position involves opening/closing duties, staffing optimization, coaching, hiring support, and ensuring accurate processing of returns and shipments.

Competenze

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff execution of service programs.
