Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role will take on shift management in the absence of store leadership and help uphold store appearance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is a plus.
• Automotive knowledge and repair understanding is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom floor and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure all calls and inquiries are handled per policy and process orders are completed efficiently.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and security procedures as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
