O’Reilly Auto Parts in Hubbard, OH is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store management in delivering outstanding customer service, merchandising, and day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes team leadership during shifts, handling online orders, returns, and store procedures, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and a compensation range of $11.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Assist with store operations and shift management in the absence of managers.
• Handle buy online/ship to store and store transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Process special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Manage returns and refunds accurately and ensure proper invoicing.
• Coordinate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
