Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in their absence. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation includes hourly pay between $11.00 and $17.00, with potential premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed, plus a full benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Answer telephones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and back-ordered items promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and process returns and refunds accurately.
