O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Automotive knowledge and ASE certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and related programs.
• Manage telephone inquiries according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders promptly.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and issue refunds correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedule.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure the store.
