Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may shift-manage in absence of leadership. Bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities include leading team in customer service, handling buy online/ship to store and transfers, processing returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and secure operations, with emphasis on door-to-door service and store standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using electronic ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly with accurate refunds and proper restocking.
