Job summary

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
- Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
- Process cash, checks and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Handle exchanges and returns according to company policy.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
- Perform in-store services and other daily operational tasks as assigned.
