Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Elizabeth, Colorado is hiring Store Pro to be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality experience and providing automotive parts solutions to both retail and wholesale customers.

You will operate POS and inventory/catalog tools, assist with receiving and stocking, support store operations and logistics, build relationships to drive loyalty, and contribute to performance and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle repair or maintenance.
• Knowledge of inventory or cataloging systems.
• Background in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, farm, marine, or dealership environments.
• ASE Certification (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support efficient logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and helping maintain accurate inventory records.
• Contribute to various store operations and team support tasks as needed to optimize store performance, merchandising, and overall efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and operational standards.
