Job summary

NAPA in Colorado seeks a friendly Store Associate to be the primary contact for customers, delivering automotive parts solutions and a high-quality shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist both retail and wholesale customers, use POS and inventory tools, maintain accurate stock, build lasting relationships to drive loyalty, and contribute to store performance through product knowledge and responsive service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools and communication devices.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
• Support store operations and order fulfillment.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate deliveries and dispatch with delivery management systems.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.
• Contribute to merchandising and store performance.
