NAPA Beckley, WV is seeking a friendly Store Counter Sales associate to help customers locate automotive parts, answer questions, and share product recommendations. You will use the POS to process transactions, pull and prepare orders, and coordinate deliveries to customers and drivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive, engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS systems and assist with transactions.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
