Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics required.
• Above average communication skills are needed.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs is desired.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online accurately.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained.
• Oversee daily vehicle inspections and mileage documentation.
• Work with Sales Specialists to provide superior service.
• Verify product and merchandise billing.
• Audit customer returns for warranty abuse.
• Assist on the front and retail counters as needed.
• Help with backroom duties like stock and returns.
• Process customer labor claims efficiently.
