Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take and process orders by phone and online, invoice, and route delivery staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections and track daily mileages in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers for superior service.
• Verify product/merchandise are billed before pickup.
• Handle returns and credits for cores and warranties in a timely manner.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
