Westfield Ford, Inc. is seeking a Parts Counter Person to deliver friendly customer service and drive retail sales of auto parts.

You will oversee the sales process from start to finish, locate out-of-stock parts with the parts manager, and handle special orders while keeping customers informed.

Qualificações

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
• Ability to identify parts problems quickly.
• Knowledge of automobiles.
• Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
• Minimum of 1 year in service department.
• Positive, friendly attitude.
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special order part request for the customer
• Communicate with customer on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
