Barton Ford is hiring a Parts Counter Person to handle customer service and retail sales in our auto parts store. You will sell parts, manage stock, and assist with inventory on shelves and in storage while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role emphasizes strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments while supporting the Ford brand's service standards.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of automobiles is advantageous.
• Strong reading and mathematical abilities.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and stay organized.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Assist the parts manager in locating out-of-stock parts.
• Process special order part requests for customers.
• Communicate part status to customers and staff.
• Maintain professional and friendly interactions with customers.
