Malone Ford is seeking a Parts Counter Person to support customer service and retail sales in our auto parts store. You will handle parts sales, inventory, and coordination with the parts manager to locate out-of-stock items and process special orders.

The role emphasizes strong communication with customers and staff, adherence to safety policies, and familiarity with automotive parts and service procedures. A fast-paced environment is common and physical lifting is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year in service department.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part request for the customer.
• Communicate with customer on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
