Sun State Ford in Orlando, FL is seeking a Parts Counter Person to deliver friendly, accurate customer service and drive retail parts sales. You will oversee the parts sales process, assist customers, and coordinate with the parts team to locate and order needed items.

The position emphasizes computer literacy, basic math, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while working in a fast-paced environment. Ford dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto parts sales preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in service department.
• Ability to identify problems quickly.
• Strong reading, computer and mathematics skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part requests for customers.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations.
