Job summary

Greenway Ford in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person to support technicians and estimators, receive and distribute parts, and maintain a high-volume parts operation. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, problem-solving, and a team-first attitude.

Familiarity with CCC One or dealership DMS is a plus; previous wholesale/retail automotive parts experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a wholesale/retail center or automotive parts department.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and estimators with accurate and timely parts orders.
• Receive, inspect, and distribute parts in a high-volume workflow.
• Maintain an organized parts inventory and perform regular cycle counts.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Process returns and handle warranty parts according to company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Support internal departments and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions.
