Genuine Parts Company, operating as NAPA Auto Parts, seeks a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts questions at the counter and over the phone.

You will leverage your parts knowledge to assist team members, deliver outstanding customer care, and engage customers to create a positive experience in a fast-paced setting using a computer, cash register, and catalog system.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to learn auto parts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter/over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions in the store.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced environment.
