Genuine Parts Company, home of the NAPA stores, seeks a NAPA Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts and questions at the counter and over the phone.

You’ll use our catalog, assist team members, and deliver outstanding customer care in a fast-paced environment. No heavy mechanical work required; strong willingness to learn and a passion for automotive parts welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred.
• Love fast paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers at the counter/phone.
• Assist team members with customer questions using parts knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and interactions in the store.
• Bring customer focus and energy to a fast-paced environment.
• Welcome customers and create a positive consumer experience.
• Use computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog systems.
