Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, operating the NAPA brand, seeks a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store. You’ll help customers with auto parts questions in person or over the phone and share parts knowledge with teammates.

You’ll use a computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog to fulfill needs while delivering outstanding customer care in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $23.00 per hour, with internal growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Expects willingness to learn auto parts
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort in fast-paced retail environments
• Empathy for customers
