Job summary

Pick Your Part in Charlotte, NC seeks a customer-focused associate for in-person sales and parts identification. You will guide walk-in customers, operate POS systems, and coordinate with yard staff to locate vehicles parts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background required.

• 2–3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-Person Sales: serve walk-in retail and wholesale customers with quality help.
• Parts Identification: use inventory software to locate exact vehicle matches.
• Sales: manage front counter, process cash and card transactions.
• Yard Coordination: coordinate with parts pullers to retrieve requested parts.
• Merchandising & Displays: set up and maintain displays to drive impulse sales.
• Core & Returns Management: inspect returns and process credits or warranty claims.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
