Pick Your Part in California is seeking a Retail Counter Sales Person to deliver superior service to walk-in customers. You will handle in-person sales, help customers locate the right auto parts using our inventory system, and manage front counter transactions.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior automotive knowledge is a plus; weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service background.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• High School or GED equivalent preferred. College coursework desired.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Two to three years of prior customer service relations preferred.

Aufgaben

• In-Person Sales: Provide immediate, high-quality service to walk-in retail and wholesale customers.
• Parts Identification: Use inventory software to help customers find exact matches for their vehicles with the vehicles on-site.
• Sales: Process cash and credit transactions using POS systems at the front counter.
• Yard Coordination: Coordinate with parts pullers to retrieve requested parts.
• Merchandising & Displays: Set up and maintain displays of popular parts to drive impulse sales.
• Core & Returns Management: Inspect returned parts and process credits or warranty claims.
• Assumes other duties as assigned
