Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or shop environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient with computers and basic software applications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting required parts courteously and efficiently
• Answer phone calls and counter inquiries with price quotes and information
• Pull and fill orders from stock and notify when parts are out of stock
• Verify parts against shop estimates for accuracy and pricing
• Tag parts with customer names and job numbers
• Process payments and obtain credit authorization when needed
