Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Parts Counter Associate/Helper in Burlington, MA. You will sell parts over the counter, assist customers in choosing parts, and support shop and phone inquiries with accurate pricing.

You will review estimates, pull orders, and coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely fulfillment. Strong customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced automotive environment are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a retail or shop setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements while exposing them to full product line.
• Answer phone calls and counter inquiries, provide price quotes and information.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders from stock; notify on out-of-stock items.
• Maintain prompt flow of paperwork and ensure proper billing on service orders.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
