O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in Minnesota to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will assist management, handle transactions, and contribute to daily store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate inventory control.

The role emphasizes friendly service, the ability to multitask between in-store and phone inquiries, and usage of the store’s customer programs, while offering opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask between phone and in-store customers.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE certification is preferred for automotive parts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, credit transactions, and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls and lookup parts with price quotes.
• Perform daily store tasks such as stocking and planogram updates.
• Assist with in-store services and basic repairs when trained.
