Responsibilities

• Receives and processes documents, reviewing for completeness and clarity.

• Resolves invoice/purchase order discrepancies.
• Prepares reports.
• Prepares checks in a timely manner for distribution.
• Checks figures, postings and documents for correct entry, accuracy and proper codes.
