Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper in Upland, CA to assist the Auto Painter and prepare vehicles for painting. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to ensure a smooth workflow.

Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with overtime eligibility for hourly staff. Benefits start from day one, including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid vacations, and opportunities for I-CAR and ASE training in a fast-paced production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Auto Painter to prepare vehicles for painting.
• Sand and buff surfaces as needed and maintain paint booth cleanliness.
• Support safe, efficient workflow in a production collision repair shop.
