Job summary

Caliber Collision in Ontario is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting alongside the Auto Painter, ensuring smooth workflow. Duties include sanding and buffing and maintaining the paint booth and workspace.

Auto Painter Helpers will be required to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of paint operations experience in a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure workflow.
• Sanding and buffing as needed.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles safely and thoroughly to Caliber/OEM standards.
