Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision Vo-Tech certification or prior collision experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Auto Painter with surface prep, sanding and buffing as needed.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to ensure clean, efficient operations.
• Assist in repairing vehicles in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
