Qualifications

• Expertise in use of auto estimating software.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to claims associates related to auto physical damage analysis.
• Ensure compliance with auto material damage best practices.
• Oversee auto repair estimating and total loss valuation software.
• Perform auto damage appraisal quality assurance audits.
• Manage Cincinnati claim service programs.
• Provide metrics and data analysis to HQ Claims and Field Claims.
• Identify auto material damage risks and propose mitigations.
• Develop auto training content and update instructors.
