Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team supporting Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. You will learn diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs while delivering quality service to customers.

The role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts and paid onboarding. Pay range listed is $13.20–$19.80 per hour, with commitment to fair compensation.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
