Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will be integral to servicing vehicles, performing basic diagnostics, and handling routine maintenance.

This role offers benefits from day one and a competitive pay range of $12.54–$18.81 per hour. In this position, you will diagnose basic automotive issues (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical), change oil, install tires,

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
