Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts, with a pay range of $14.52–$21.78 per hour.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks and diagnostic skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
