Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level position offers full- and part-time options with paid training and ASE certifications.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles. Starting pay ranges from $14.52 to $21.78 per hour, with benefits from day one including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k) match, and on‑demand daily pay

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
